X-pure has innovative effects, unit to one solution: In the style of reliable
“Easy-Line” series the new "x-pure" system has been developed.

dimensions.
Pleasure makes the diversity of the kit and the easy use with installation and
application.
With 3 different diameters in each case with 4 length this nozzle line are
according to standard on stock starting from December 2008.
The tip area is designed as screwed version.
This enables to assemble different versions onto one basic construction.
Standard delivery will be nozzle with tip, open or with needle valve gate.
For the use with reinforced plastic there are always suitable tip versions
available. The variations are not to be forgotten: Single nozzle and single
valve gate nozzle with all signs of.
By the exchangeable heating unit and the high availability of the single
components it can be reacted to suitable demands fast and flexible.
The heating unit is manufactured by the Heitec quality standard. This allows
a precise regulation of the setting parameter and ensures an effective and
safe process of injection moulding.
In connection with the mentioned advantages and the balanced thermic
profile of the x-pure nozzle line also critical materials can be processed.
Shot weights from 0.02 grammes/part are already realized with the smallest variant of this
system in multi cavity moulds.
Color, and/or changes of material turn out for a very short time, because in the system their
are anywhere dead corners.
The design of the gate well area in the mould is free for different possibilities: ring seal or a
customer friendly open fit. You can also use it as a straight through nozzle with cold sprue.
Because of this numerous combination options you get plenty of variations from one nozzle
line.
