Excellent stain resistance, thanks to the

protection provided by the melamine coating.
Easy to wash and sanitise, thanks to its

smoothness.
Totally waterproof, impervious to grease and

impurities, does not retain smells.
The materials employed do not leach any

harmful substance when in contact with food,
even at high temperatures, complying with
(EU) Regulation no. 10/2011.
Resistant to scratches and abrasions.
Impervious to most household corrosive

agents.
Perfectly flat.
It doesn't warp at high and low temperatures.
