accommodates complementary items.
Compartment D: dimensions 260 x 160 x 60h;

Especially spacious, allows the transport of two
complete meals.
Specifically for transporting food in disposable
containers.
Featuring four compartments, two indicated for
holding cold dishes (A and B) and one indicated
for holding hot dishes (D).
The “hot” and “cold” areas are separated by the
compartment reserved for meal complements
(cutlery, bread, etc.) (C), which contributes to
thermal insulation within the tray.
The A area is characterised by a compartment
for holding a glass.
The B area is characterised by a compartment
for holding fruit.
Also functional and practical for use as a
support for meal consumption.
Fitted with a practical click closure.
The short side of the tray is fitted with two
lateral recesses for comfortable grip.
It can be loaded both on a preparation
conveyor or on a fixed shelf

Thanks to its excellent isothermal
characteristics, it keeps meals at optimum
storage temperature for a long time.
It assures proper heat retention, limiting the
risk of bacterial proliferation whilst preserving
food quality and organoleptic characteristics.
The isothermal characteristics comply with
current regulations (EC Reg. 852/2004 –
HACCP-) and with applicable technical
standards (EN12571 and Accord AFNOR AC
D40-007).
It allows to properly operate in HACCP
environment.
The materials used for the manufacturing are
suitable for food contact over the whole
container surface.
The unit's design allows accurate cleaning and
sanitising (EC Reg. 852/2004 –HACCP-),
including using a dishwasher.
Designed to be long lasting: performance
remains basically unaltered when reused.
Environmental impact decidedly smaller than
that of disposable containers.
Fully recyclable at the end of the
operating life.
