APPLICATION;

Supporting Ihe extrusion molding machine dust removal,

supporting the diftuser plate forming machine, be applied to the

powder feeding operations, grinding working condition, cutting

working area and other working condition with a very large amount

ot dust.

SPECIALTY;

• Turbulence flow guide device

A baffler installed parallelly next to the air Inlet is with an

integrated function of stream guidance, dust retention and air

uniform distribution. And thus, making larger dust particles fall into

the ash bucket directly which achieves the effectiveness of

pre-dedusting. It is no need to add a prepositive cyclone device or

other spark airestor. So, this turbulence flow guide device can save

cost for the whole machine and also can decrease the air speed of

reach the surface of the cartridge filter and improve filtration

efficiency.

For the working condition which has a large amount of dust and requires

continuous working dust collector, this model has been equipped with

star-type automatic discharge valve which is smooth and reliable, unloading

evenly, small volume, good sealing performance, easy to maintain, and

durable. Also, we add a vibrating dust motor on the funnel to prevent dust r

etention. Application: Supporting the extrusion molding machine form dust

removal, supporting the diftuser plate forming machine, be applied to the

powder feeding operations, grinding working condition, cutting working area

and other working condition with a very large amount of dust.
