® Comparison of Motors

• Both of the VFG series and the VFG-TS series are adopting the co

ntinuous plastic packing bag. But the main different part is they use dif

ferent motor. For the VFG series, they use the turbine which can conti

nuously work for 24 hours.

• Adopt two-stage filtering units. The first stage is star shape polyeste

r needle felt filter bag which provides a minimum efficiency of 99% dust

at 0.3-1.0 M m The secondary stage is "TORAY" cartridge filter which

imported from Japan . This cartridge filter coated with PTFE film can en

sure the filter efficiency up to 99% at 0.3 M m dust. PM2.5 can be remov

ed effectively under this filter fineness.

(D VFG-TS Series Cleaning Method

■ VFG-TS Series adopt hand-pulled reverse jetting device which can

deal with the dust on the filter more efficiently, and save resource at

the same time.

■ Unique continuous disposal Longopac® bag structure makes installing

and releasing more convenient. Bagging is folded by tube plastic bags,

and it can be continuously pull out. When it collects a certain amount of

dust, user can seal the bag by cable ties (refer to the picture), and cut

the bagging. Then user can continue using the next bag. It' s very eco

nomical and practical.

@ VFG Series Electric Control Design

■ The design of the electric control board has combined with the

technology of silk-screen which makes the board looks more be

autiful.

• VFG series are equipped with the digital display pressure switch

that can remind the user of cleaning the machine.

• VFG series use the four-core socket and plug that can be well

matched with the floor grinder .
