Questo nuovo sistema MODULARE di raffreddamento delle acque di processo industriale ͨ quanto di pi innovativo si potesse creare, per ot-tenere la massima economia nel raffreddamento di acqua riciclata per il raf-frescamento di macchine a movimento oleodinamico, Chiller condensati ad acqua, e per il raffreddamento di acqua per fonderie, pressofusione, industrie alimentari, chimiche, ed in tutti quei processi industriali in cui 魨 richie- sta acqua a temperatura ambiente. La nuova tecnologia di costruzione degli scambiatori, abbinata ad un controllo completo ed estremamente affidabile del ciclo di lavoro, permette di portare la temperatura dell'acqua in uscita dalle batterie a valori molto vicini alla temperatura dell'aria in entrata, anche quando la temperatura ambiente prossima alla temperatura dell'acqua da raffreddare. L'economia di esercizio non si riduce al solo risparmio di ener-gia elettrica, ma a differenza dei sistemi a bulbo umido (Torri Evaporative) si ha un notevole risparmio d'acqua in quanto il liquido nelle batterie circola ad anello chiuso, e non esiste evaporazione, ne contaminazione dell'acqua che provoca la corrosione dei tubi dell'impianto. Un' altro vantaggio non tra- scurabile rispetto ai sistemi a bulbo umido che, 訨 possibile usare le batterie anche con temperature inferiori allo zero, in quanto, il liquido circolante nell'impianto puʹ essere adittivato con anticongelante. Le batterie sono co- struite in tubazione di rame con pacco alettato di alluminio, con sistema di drenagio automatico. An other advantage, compared to wet bulb system, is that we can use batͭteries with temperature under zero because we can add antifreeze to flowing liquid. Batteries are constructed with copper pipes with aluminium finned parcel, with automatic draining system.
