Kontinuierlicher Abtransport kurzer und gebrochener
Späne, wie sie beim Einsatz von Werkzeugmaschinen
anfallen. Sie können sowohl bei Trockenbearbeitung als
auch bei Naßbearbeitung eingesetzt werden.

Scraper chip conveyor KF:
Continuous removal of short and broken chip as produced when using machine tools. Suitable for use in both
dry and wetting machining.

Convoyeurs à coupeaux KF:
Transport continu de copeaux courts et cassés lors de
l'utilisation de machines-outils. Ils peuvent être utilisés
aussi bien pour un traitement à sec qu'humide.

Chip conveyor with slat band SF:
Continuous removal of mixed chip as produced when
using machine tools. Suitable for use in both dry and wet
machining.

Transport continu des copeaux longs et mixtes nécessaire pour le travail sur machines-outils. Ils peuvent être utilisés pour les opérations d'usinage humides ou à sec.

Scraper chip conveyor KF:
The chip discharging from the machine tool falls via the
„feed area" of the scraper chip conveyor on to the bottom of the chip trough, where the chip is picked up by
scraper plates connected to endless chains on both sides
and transported to the discharge edge.

Convoyeurs à coupeaux KF:
Les copeaux sortant d'une machine-outil tombent par la
„zone d'alimentation " du convoyeur à copeaux sur le
sol du bac à copeaux. Les copeaux sont alors saisis par
des racloirs reliés des deux côtés par des chaînes sans fin
et transportés jusqu'à la bordure d'éjection.

Chip conveyor with slat band SF:
The chip discharging from the machine tool falls via the
„feed area" of the chip conveyor with slat band on to the
upper part of the slat band and is transported to the
discharge edge.

Les copeaux issus de la machine-outil tombent par la
„zone d'alimentation" du convoyeur à copeaux à bande
charnière sur la partie supérieure de la bande charnière
et sont transportés jusqu'à la bordure d'éjection.

Kontinuierlicher Abtransport langer und gemischter
Späne, wie sie beim Einsatz von Werkzeugmaschinen
anfallen. Sie können sowohl bei Trockenbearbeitung als
auch bei Naßbearbeitung eingesetzt werden.

Funktion:
Kratzbandspäneförderer KF:
Die aus der Werkzeugmaschine kommenden Späne fallen
über den „Aufgabenbereich" des Kratzerförderers auf
den Boden des Spänetroges. Dort werden die Späne von
Kratzerleisten, die beidseitig mit Endlosketten verbunden
sind, erfaßt und zur Abwurfkante transportiert
Scharnierbandspäneförderer SF:
Die aus der Werkzeugmaschine kommenden Späne fallen
über den „Aufgabenbereich" des Scharnierbandförderers
auf das Oberteil des Scharnierbandes und werden zur
Abwurfkante transportiert.

Stahlblech.
Schneckengetriebemotor als Antrieb
Sicherheitsrutschkupplung als Überlastsicherung
Antrieb und Spannstation im Auswurfbereich

Kühlschmierstoffreinigung mittels
Spalt- oder Stecksieb
