New additions… The SSP switch
extends the popular SS series of
microswitches. This switch features
excellent resistance to flux damage
for ease of assembly and
incorporates an insert moulded case.
The D2SW-P low cost sealed switch
uses a simple leaf spring and rubber
packing construction and can be
used for wet and dusty area
applications, where the mechanical
demands on the switch are
comparatively light.

Customised service… Our switches
are available with a number of
standard actuators including pin
plunger, hinge levers and roller
levers. Some models, like the D3V
feature mounting pips moulded
onto the switch body designed for
attaching external lever actuators
to the switch, meaning we can
offer a design service and undertake
the manufacture of customised
levers (including special length,
width or formed levers). We can also
offer customised wire harnesses in
volume, including varying lengths of
wire, sleeving and termination with a
variety of connectors. Connection
can be provided by solder/quick
connect, PCB, screw or wire leads.

The sealed D2HW is the smallest
snap-action switch in the industry
with case dimensions measuring
just 78% of conventional models.
