In-die rivets insertion:
The insertion heads are mainly solid mounted on
the lower shoe, therefore no continuous movement
is applied on the different parts involved.
Being independent from the kinematics of the die,
each inserting head can be shared from die to die.

In-die pins insertion:
Based on its experience of in-die solutions, PRONIC
has developed a complete system for in-die
components insertion.
The installation is done in a few minutes with the
quick installation kit and the quick connections for
both power (electrical, pneumatic and component).
A trolley connected with the press is feeding
the insertion head through vibrating bowls and
blowpipe.
Several references and dimensions of components
can be inserted simultaneously with a speed up to
40 parts per minute per head.
