Front Loading Autoclaves
Proven build quality and reliability plus a chamber with a taller
profile than that found in most ‘cylindrical’ machines, gives the
Q63 impressive load capacities ideally suited to sterilising larger
bulky items - 20% more space than conventional machines.
Available in two standard sizes of 320 and 500 litres, the
credentials of the Q63 range with its front loading, double-depth
cylindrical chambers has made this mid-size capacity Priorclave
one of Europe’s most sought-after autoclaves.
In addition to an assured build quality that complies with
international standards, the Q63 range features advanced
micro-processor technology to simplify programming as well
as maintaining a watching brief to optimise the sterilisation
process.

•t Quickseal single-action door fitted with thermal and pressure t
t locks to prevent opening at load temperature above 80oC ttt
t and pressures above 0.2 bar.
•t Tactrol 2 microprocessor control with simple and fully
t variable setting of process time, temperature with graphic ttt
t indication of cycle status.
•t Automatic timed free-steaming.
•t Pre-cycle vacuum in which multiple Vacuum stages are tttt
t programmed with interspersed heating to achieve steam tttt
tpenetration.1
•t Pulsed freesteaming to maximise efficiency of Pre-cycle tttt
t vacuum phase.1
•t Media Warming and Delayed Start functions keep autoclaved t
t media at a usable temperature ready for immediate use
•t Vacuum Assisted Cooling.1
•t Low water level sensor.
•t Post Cycle Drying for faster load drying.1
•t Two full width stainless steel load shelves.
•t Epoxy coated panels and frame members are treated with ttt
t an anti-bacterial agent which is effective against all bacteria ttt
