PLANSEE is developing MoNa sputtering targets which help to improve the performance of the chalcopyrite thin film absorber
layers. By specific doping with Na, the absorber layer becomes more efficient. The deposition of a Na doped molybdenum film
allows to control the amount of Na that can be diffused into the absorber layer.
