The OES200ED, our 52.8 gallon capacity solvent recycler is manufactured to recycle waste solvent in all industries, such as

automotive, fiberglass, paint and ink manufacturers, electronic/PCB manufacturers and many more. Utilizing the OES 200ED

solvent recycler not only reduces your solvent waste but also minimizes your new solvent purchase costs.

How it works:

1. Pour waste solvent into the Aisi 304 stainless steel tank

2. The recycler starts heating up the solvent and brings it to boil

3. The polluting substances, such as resin, zincs, silicones, inks, etc are separated from the solvent and remain in the tank.

4. Recycled solvent (clean solvent) passes through our air cooled condenser and flows down into the collecting tank.

5. The residuals, remaining inside the tank, are easily removed by taking out the special high-heat resistant distillation bags,

which keep the tank clean and operational efficiency.

The OES solvent recycler is designed to be easy to use. There is no special training and the cycle is 100% automatic. After pouring

the solvent in the tank, push START button and walk away. Our powerful 8 bit microprocessor monitors the time and temperature

and even alerts you if there's a problem with the system. With specific solvent programming abilities you can tune the recycler to

your exact solvent enabling you to reach 95%-99% purities. Available in normal and Class I Division 1 requirements. Auto-filling

system and vacuum generator are also available.

El ciclo de trabajo es completamente automatico y es manejado por un microprocesador de 8 bit. A su vez, esta equipado con una

pantalla digital que muestra la information de diagnostico y las funciones de alarma. Tambien da senales de aviso cuando una

operation u otra tarearequiere de atencion por parte del operario.

Esta unidad puede operar con un ciclo de apagado controlado por tiempo, o configurarse para

que lea la temperatura del vapor. El solvente que es recuperado es vertido dentro de

un tanque Aisi 304 hecho de acero inoxidable, para luego ser calentado. Los vapores

(la parte volatil), se separan de las sustancias contaminantes, tales como tinta, pintura,

grasa, pigmentos, resina, etc. (los cuales componen la parte no volatil). Luego pasan

por una bateria de enfriamiento, donde son condensados por un flujo de aire frio

provisto por un ventilador electrico. Finalmente, fluyen a un tanque de recoleccion

especialmente disenado. Los residuos que se quedan en el

tanque pueden ser removidos usando nuestras bolsas

especiales de destilacion, las cuales permiten una limpieza

mas facil del tanque y una mayor concentration de residuos.
