Portability is number one when you
have to go to the job — because it
can’t come to you. The Passport
contains all you need to MIG weld in
one small lightweight package. With
the flip of a switch, dual-gas supply
selects between the internal CO2 gas
supply when you’re on the move, or
bulk supply when you’re in the shop
or need mixed gas.
The Passport Plus welds
aluminum with the use of the
Spoolmate 100 Series spool gun.
Setup is quick and easy, just plug in
the direct connect spool gun, change
over to argon gas and select the
aluminum mode on the front of the
machine. You’re now ready to weld
up to 1/8 in aluminum on 115 V and
1/4 in aluminum on 230 V.
Miller’s multi-voltage plug (MVP™)
allows you to connect to common
115 or 230 V power receptacles
without the use of any tools —
choose the plug that fits the receptacle
and connect it to the power cord.

cable and clamp, MVP adapters and
power cable.
Self-contained gas cylinder provides
25 minutes of welding time. The cylinder
holds 12 oz of CO2. That’s 25 ft of weld on
3/16 in thick material with .030 in mild
steel wire. The cylinder CANNOT be used
with mixed gases or Argon. One empty
cylinder is included with the system.
Excellent arc characteristics! The Passport Plus offers
positive arc starts and an extremely stable arc with minimal
spatter on both mixed gases and straight CO2.
Auto-Line™ provides state-of-the-art flexibility to the end
user. The Auto-Line circuitry automatically connects to
115/230 VAC, single-phase power without removing the
cover to relink the power source. No longer is there a concern
if you have the correct machine for the shop or job site.
Durable cast aluminum feedhead
incorporates dual-groove quick-change
drive rolls and spring-loaded tension
arm with calibrated tension knob — all
designed to make setup easier and faster.
Impact-resistant case provides strength
and durability, protecting the internal
components and welding wire.
Welder is warranted for 3 years, parts and labor.
