Knight Optical supply and stock precision optical components for customer in the oil in water
analyser sector. Our products can be used in crude oil production as well as in water
treatment systems Knight Optical’s extensive range of components includes;
Optical Filters; Oil in water analyser’s work using the principle of
fluorescence. Knight Optical have a large range of stock interference
bandpass filters, we can also manufacture to custom specifications
to match all optical requirements.
Beam splitters; working in conjunction with Knight Optical
interference filters, our beam splitters reflect and transmit certain
fluorescing wavelengths. Giving the high accuracy our customers
demand.
Windows; Knight Optical stock and supply a large range of optical
windows. Materials include; Sapphire, BK7, quartz and fused silica
(many more available on request).
Our sapphire windows are scratch resistant and thus a popular
choice with oil in water analyser customers because of this
toughness. They can be manufactured in a large range of sizes and
thicknesses, as well as different grades such as random orientation
and C-cut.
All other optics such as lenses, prisms and mirrors are also available
from stock or made to custom designs.
