Die Firma Vergnano wurde von Luigi Vergnano im Jahr 1944 zur Produktion von Standard und Spezialwerkzeugen gegründet. Das
neue Firmengebäude aus dem Jahr 2002 hat eine überbaute Fläche von 12.000m² auf einem Gelände von 31000m².

Die Beschichtungsabteilung besitzt die modernste und höchstentwickelte Technologie auf diesem Sektor.
Alle gängigen Beschichtungen, die auf die höchsten Ansprüche der Werkzeugmaschinen abgestimmt sind, werden von unserem
bestens ausgebildeten Personal bei uns im Hause selbst produziert.
Die aktuelle Produktion läuft in drei Produktlinien.
•t Standard und Spezialgewindebohrer
•t Abwälzfräser aus HSS und Hartmetall
•t Schaftfräser
Dieser weite Bereich wird von einer Belegschaft von mehr als 100 Angestellten produziert.
Die vollständige Flexibilität unserer Firma erlaubt es, die Wünsche der Kunden und die Lieferzeiten fast immer optimal zu erfüllen.
Das Rohmateriallager, modernste Wärmebehandlungsanlagen, aktuelle Werkzeugmaschinen, neueste PVD Anlagen und Qualitätskontrollen. Jede Phase der Produktion wird im Hause durchgeführt und nach zertifizierten Qualitätsstandards protokolliert.
Vergnano bietet natürlich auch einen Schärf-und Wiederbeschichtungsservice an. Bei Bedarf können wir ihr Werkzeug auch Nachund Umprofilieren.

The new plant, built in 2002, covers an area of 31000 m2.12,000,of which being the manufacturing facility.
The current production runs on three product lines:

•t gear cutting hobs in HSS and solid carbide
•t milling cutters
Resharpening and recoating service
This wide range of tooling is produced by a workforce of over 100 employees. Complete flexibility allows the company to support the
needs of the customer and meet the delivery requirements wherever possible.
The products
The coating department employs the most modern and advanced technology existing in the sector.
The range of coatings, developed to satisfy every machining requirement, is produced inside the company by highly skilled operators.
Raw material stores, modern heat treatment facilities, state of the art machine tools, PVD coating equipment, inspection procedures:
each phase of the production cycle is carried out and monitored “in house” according to established quality standards.
