In the modern world pipes of various sizes are used for transport of various energy sources such as gas, oil, etc..

Most of the pipelines are exposed to heavy corrosion, therefore they require high-quality corrosion protection as

well as further high-quality maintenance. External cleaning of the pipeline poses no particular problem. For easy

internal cleaning by shot blasting, a special equipment for blasting is used: HOLLO-BLAST, HOLLO-BLAST-Jr. and

SPIN-BLAST, which completed with a pressure type sandblasting machine TZP forms an effective, fast and

economical system for shot blasting the internal walls of pipes. This system helps to remove stubborn flakes

produced during hot rolling of pipes, rust, dirt, soot, coke, color, etc.. After the process of shot blasting, the surface

of the pipes is clean from dust, abrasive and dirt, ready for application of corrosion protection.

Our equipment for shot blasting is suitable for

cleaning both new and existing pipe installations

with 360 ° coverage without the need for rotating

the pipe during sandblasting.

I TZP100*

Equipment can be easily connected to the blast hose and shot blasting machine TZP type, and can be managed

by a single operator. It is manually driven to the end of the pipe, then the operator turns on blasting and is pulling

blast hose with appropriate speed. For more uniform and automated blasting, electric drives are available for

automatic handling of the equipment during sandblasting. All standard abrasives can be used, except corundum.
