the Armed Forces has forced a re-look at the product in recent years.
The high cost of steel has been a factor in the development of the flexible 200L drum demand. The need for a robust rubber model has risen and
now a specification more suited to commercial use has been developed by two leading manufactures Dunlop GRG and Fire Protection Tanks
(FPT) The new commercial model has been trialled in South Sudan and found to be successful. The commercial pricing coupled to the
robustness of the equipment and its compactness when vacuumed d

The 200 litre APFC has now been developed in two models. One with the condom inner and a commercial cheaper robust version without the condom inner.
The condom inner is best used with Jet A! where the batch and integrity of the fuels can be guaranteed. In addition, if the condom is removed after use a gas free
certificate can be issued for transporting of the drum by aircraft . The model without the condom can be used with Jet A1 initially and then diesel but not the
