Tutti i ns controlli sono costruiti secondo le più recenti normative CEI e ne seguono continuamente gli aggiornamenti. Per il controllo della temperatura da sempre utilizziamo termoregolatori standard che si possono reperire facilmente sul mercato, e che un buon elettronico è in grado di riparare o riprogrammare.Il termoregolatore che montiamo, è sicuramente ciò che di meglio offre il mercato oggi.La centralina è configurabile e programmabile a piacere ed adattabile al tipo
di controllo o di stampo che deve termoregolare. Da noi viene programmato con un programma specifico per la gestione della vera e propria camera calda per
le zone di più alto assorbimento,ed un altro altrettanto specifico degli iniettori di assorbimento inferiore.Alla prima accensione entra in funzione automaticamente il programma di SOFT STAR che permette il primo riscaldamento graduale delle resistenze per evitare che fenomeni di condensa possano guastare le resistenze.Sul display l’operatore ha continuamente la visione della temperatura impostata e di quella reale,ogni tipo di anomalia, quali termocoppia interrotta,termocoppia in corto, eccesso o difetto di temperatura sono visualizzati sul display. Un amperometro di adeguata portata segnala l’assorbimento di ogni zona,fusibili posizionati sul retro del Rak, e quindi facilmente sostituibili, proteggono i rele’ statici di potenza dai corto circuiti delle resistenze. Completano la dotazione i
cavi di completamento tra lo stampo ed il quadro comando, i cavi sono completi di spinotti multi polari e vengono forniti nella lunghezza piu’ consona del cliente.

All our controls are manufactured according to the CEI rules and any times are upgrades. To control the temperature we always use standard thermo regulators
that are easily found on the market, and that a good technician can be repair or re- program.The thermo regulator that we install is surely one of the best that
the market offers.The hot runner system is completely configurable and adaptable to the control or to the mould to thermo regulates.At DEGA we install a spe cific program to manage the hot runner for the high consumption zones, and another dedicated to the injectors with lower consumption.When the unit is swit ched on, a SOFT START program operates automatically. This program permits the initial heating to avoid condensation build up,that can damage the heaters.
On the display the operator, can always see the set and the Actual temperatures.Each problem such as a broken thermocouple, overriding heating and fault of
temperature is shown on the display. Also each zone is provided with an ammeter that displays the power consumption.Fuses are placed on the back of the rack
and are easy replaceable protecting the solid static relays from heater short circuits.Each hot runner control is provided with cables to be connected to the moulds.
The cables are also provided with multi-pole plugs and are supplied at the required customer length.
