Robotic measuring of stiffness
Objective quality assessments of dashboard surfaces
Range of services
• Tools with different size and shape available
• User defined force load
• Adjustable pressing speed
• Assistance for perpendicular pressing
• Optional holding time
• Recording of depth, force curve and energy
Competence
Thanks to our experience in robotic measuring we are able to
offer a new solution for measuring the stiffness of vehicle
cockpits.
The combination of a modern robot equipped with a multi-
axes force-Ztorque sensor driven by our software RobFlow®
enables you to objectively assess the quality of dashboard
surfaces with respect to the material's resistance.
Test movements can be limited by either distance or threshold
force while it can be regulated by speed or by force.
Various analysis functions are available to examine e.g.
pressing depth and dissipation energy.
