| ADVANTAGES Օ Does not require combustion chambers. Designed for stable operation both at high- and low- air-circulation velocities, thus enabling proper operation at any working range, a unique advantage of these systems over any other type of burner. It can provide a broad range of flame modulations at constant air flow, with a minimum rating of 4% at full capacity. Օ Easy to install. These burners are built to operate inside ducts and they require only reduced clearances (low load loss), and are easily fitted to existing or new installations. Consistent temperatures across the whole circulating air volume. Օ Enables process-air re-circulation, thus reaching up to 100% re-circulation. Flames are extremely short and run very close to the screen, even when subject to high circulation speeds with high air flows. Օ 100% combustion without CO emission, the combustion effluent is carbon dioxide (CO2) and water steam (H2O). The system produces only low levels of nitrous oxide (NOX.) | ||||
