The Tuthill Story
Tuthill’s roots date back to 1892 as a brick
manufacturer in Chicago, Illinois. Since then, Tuthill
has branched into vacuum pumps, blowers, plastics
and transfer pumps. In 1961 we opened our Fort
Wayne facility, where we build Fill-Rite® and Sotera™
fuel and chemical transfer pumps, meters and

that distinguishes between fluid
and air. This means the 850 stops
metering when you’ve finished
emptying a container, adding
