Telecontrol system AQASYSTM-FW
Powerful monitoring, control and data analysis of distributed stations
Short description
For 30 years, SCHRAML has been successfully developing innovative hard- and software for
environmental and infrastructure applications. The telecontrol system AQASYSTM-FW
includes a powerful SCADA and process control system with a fully integrated remote
control system. Essential benefits of this telecontrol system are the powerful and diverse
SCHRAML hardware stations enabling universal configuration of the remote control stations
from the operating centre. Further benefits are increased data security due to data saving
with correctly resolved data and time stamps over several days (e.g. in the case of a data
transmission failure) and data processing at the remote station. The choice of data
transmission is fully flexible - every common mode (e.g. switched or dedicated line, GPRS,
GSM, UMTS, LAN, VPN, radio, etc.) can be chosen and easily combined within AQASYSTM-FW.
Flexible remote control system to control distributed
stations with varying infrastructure conditions and
requirements (I/Os, data transmission, interfaces, etc.)
We provide you with the optimal hard- and software to monitor and analyze
your geographical distributed stations!
Telecontrol operating centre MIP
Central process-server for data processing and communication with remote control
stations - highly recommended for large remote control systems
Increased data and operational security due to powerful data processing and
buffering over several days, separate alarm management and remote alarming
(even in case of PC-failure in central office -> cold-standby redundancy)
Very high reliability due to industry standard of hardware
Multiple interfaces for diverse communication and data transmission modes
to distributed remote control stations
FWM – modular station for large and medium-sized remote control stations
Optimal applications: remote control nodes (with own visualization, reporting
and alarming) as well as large and medium-sized stations
Powerful and detailed data monitoring, processing, transmission and alarming
Diverse rack variants with up to 14 slots (extension possible)
Diverse hardware components for power supply, CPUs, interfaces
and digital/analog I/Os
Modular remote control station FWL (here with
integrated GPRS/GSM modem and extended I/Os)
Battery-buffered real-time clock, easy DIN rail assembly
Optional automation system: PLC functionality via IEC 61131-3
FWL – modular remote control stations with aluminum enclosure
Optimal applications: small and medium-sized stations, peripheral I/Os
Powerful and detailed data monitoring, processing, transmission and alarming
Diverse hardware variants concerning type and number of integrated interfaces,
modems and I/Os - base component flexibly extendable with digital/analog I/Os
Battery-buffered real-time clock, easy DIN rail assembly
Optional automation system: PLC functionality via IEC 61131-3
FWD – autarkic stations with no external power supply (battery-/solar powered)
Optimal applications: stations with no external power supply available
Data transmission via GSM or GPRS if battery-powered or alternatively
via GSM, GPRS or radio data if solar-powered
Autarkic remote control station (battery-/solar-powered)
to control e.g. water flow meters and alarm inputs
Measurement, archiving and transmission of counter and data values as well as
alarming in case of malfunctions and limit violations
Direct linkage to counters (reed-contact), optional serial linkage to M-Bus or Mini-Bus
