La società ORVED è sorta a Verona nell’anno 1984.
Fin dall’inizio l’azienda si è occupata di ideazione, progettazione, costruzione e
sviluppo di macchine confezionatrici sottovuoto ed in atmosfera modificata e
protettiva. ORVED, da sempre, caratterizza la propria produzione garantendo un
altissimo livello qualitativo nonché soluzioni tecnologiche molto avanzate.
L’affidabilità e la robustezza delle macchine ORVED sono proverbiali e vengono
riconosciute e confermate da una presenza ormai più che venticinquennale sui
mercati mondiali. Ogni macchina ORVED risponde alle più severe normative
internaz onali, è certificata CE, gode della certificazione UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 sia
per la produzione delle macchine che dei materiali Tutte le macchine godono di
garanzia e l’assistenza viene assicurata in modo veloce e professionale da ORVED
tramite le proprie filiali internazionali ed i propri importatori e distributori.
La integrale costruzione in acciaio inox della struttura e delle camere a vuoto
identifica la produzione e assicura solidità alle macchine ORVED; così come la
presenza dei quattro angoli arrotondati nelle macchine a campana garantisce
operazioni di pulizia facili e sicure. Alcuni modelli dispongono di prestazioni
esclusive protette dai brevetti internazionali che la ORVED detiene per le
innovazioni più significative.
ORVED attualmente vanta una gamma di macchine confezionatrici sottovuoto
che, riferita al proprio settore di mercato, può essere senz’altro definita la più
completa anche per quanto riguarda la diversificazione del prezzo. Da quindici
anni ORVED progetta e costruisce macchine termosigillatrici per vaschette per solo
termosigillatura o per atmosfera modificata ATM. Anche per tali macchine la
ORVED detiene propri esclusivi brevetti. L’azienda è presente sul mercato nazionale
tramite propri concessionari ed agenti e partecipa, direttamente, alle più
importanti manifestazioni fieristiche di settore. Sui mercati internazionali è
presente con filiali dirette e con propri importatori i quali provvedono anche a
fornire l’assistenza sulle macchine.
Recentemente ORVED ha messo a punto la prestigiosa ed innovativa linea BRIGHT
dando origine ad una nuovissima offerta che contempla anche la cottura ed il
rafffreddamento nell’ambito del sistema “sous vide”.

machines and machines for packing in a protective atmosphere. ORVED’s products
can be recognized by high quality levels as well as advanced technological

The reliability and solid building of ORVED’s machines can be proved by a
worldwide market presence of over 20 years. The bodywork and chamber of
ORVED’s machines are produced in stainless steel, which guarantees a strong, solid
product. On top of this, the chamber machines have also been designed with
special, rounded, internal corners, which facilitate machine cleaning and ensure
hygiene. Each ORVED machine adheres to the strictest of international standards,
as well as being EC Certified and observing ISO 9001:2008 regulations. All ORVED
machines are covered by warranty. Technical assistance can be carried out quickly
and professionally at ORVED’s headquarters or through ORVED’s international
branches, importers and distributors.
All ORVED’s major innovations are patented and nowadays the company has a
range of vacuum packing machines which is certainly among the most complete
within its sector in terms of both design and pricing. For the past ten years ORVED
has also manufactured thermosealing machines for tray sealing only or for sealing
in a modified or protective atmosphere. This machines are patented too. In its own
national market ORVED is represented by agents and resellers and attend the most
important exhibitions of its sector. Worldwide, ORVED is represented by importers,
distributors and service departments.
Recently ORVED has introduced the new innovative and high quality Bright line
and has completed the sous-vide system offer with a thermobath for sous-vide
cooking and chilling. ORVED’s main goal is to develop its exports, penetrating as
many international markets as possible.
