With a 1600 µm2 mode field area and high pump absorption, the aeroGAIN
-ROD offers up to four times the performance of our aeroGAIN-FLEX
model. The excellent mode quality and easy coupling makes the aeroGAINROD an ideal gain medium for high power amplifiers.
The pump light is guided by our proven airclad technology, ensuring high
reliability, high damage threshold and large NA. The fiber comes standard
with high power AR coated end-caps and available in two models: Standard and Power, certified for 50 and 100 W average power, respectively.
