lDT-UNIFLUOR® ePTFE gasketing sheet Type 7745
IDT ePTFE gasketing sheets are made in virginal expanded
PTFE. The manufacturing process results in a multi-directional
fibre structure to provide the seal with its very special
properties.
The material displays in particular extremely low setting
behavior and low-rate width expansion even under the most
adverse conditions. The IDT ePTFE Type 7745 gasketing sheets
are available for a variety of applications in various dimensions,
thicknesses and densities and can also be supplied as
customized ,ready-made stamped or cut gaskets.

resistant to all media, except dissolved and molten alkali metals and elementary fluorines at T>150 °C und p>40 bar
■ Ageing resistance
In the range of permissible applications, IDT UNIFLUOR® Type 7745 does not age.
■ Temperature range
-240 °C to +270 °C, short-term up to +315 °C
■ Recommended application range
-200 °C to +150 °C, at simultaneously possible operating overpressure
■ Physiological safety
Physiologically safe for use in continuous operation at +260°C.

■ Pressure resistance
Pressure resistance depends solely on installation and operating parameters. Please observe our assembly and
maintenance instructions
