Introduction:
The ANH series digital torsion spring tester is a kind of intelligent multi-functional
measuring instrument used for testing and inspection of torsion spring. With simple
operation, high precision, easy to carry, complete functions, widely used in all kinds of
electric, light industry, machinery manufacturing, research institutions, etc.

Torsion spring torque test procedures:

According to test requirements, choose the suitable central spindle, install the central
spindle to the mounting holes in measuring plate, then install the tested spring to
central spindle, through the locating slot and slot corner block, press block etc to fix
the fixed end steadily.

Adjust the fork in testing machine stand column, make it contacts to the other end of
torsional spring, by the time of connecting, force value and angle value reset at the
same time.
LCD panel show the torque value and angle value of zero.
According to torsion spring measure requirement, rotate the measured handle
egualmente, then can show the measured technical parameters of the torsional
spring.
Repeat the above operation can verify the technical parameters of the torsional
spring.
